Meet the Creator of Combatron

Meet Berlin Manalaysay—the Filipino artist behind Combatron, one of the most unforgettable heroes of 1990s Filipino comics.

Born in Funny Komiks, Combatron brought bold designs, high-octane adventures, and unmistakably Filipino identity to a generation of readers. More than a comic-book character, he became a pop-culture icon.

Now, through TEKS TCG – Combatron, Berlin’s creation enters a new era—connecting childhood nostalgia with a new generation of fans and collectors, including audiences excited for the upcoming movie.

From Funny Komiks to trading cards, the legend of Combatron lives on.
